Join the shortstop Consulting Team

We are always looking for experienced OnBase professionals.  Shortstop Consulting was created with the sole purpose of helping skilled OnBase developers find, "side-work", but we also can help fill the void between full time jobs. Many of our developers have gone on to be hired full time by clients and we welcome that opportunity.  

A few important items and requirements to be an available consultant are:

• Must have at least 3 years experience as an OnBase developer 
• Must posess recent OnBase certifications from Hyland (work experience unfortunately does not replace this requirement as we need to be able to prove to our customers we have been trained by Hyland)
• If working side-projects and currently employed, you must be able to provide proof you are not violating any non-compete's or NDA's from your current employer
• Communication is key! We expect our developers to be able to effectively communicate with clients from entry level up to C-Level clearly and with confidence!

Other helpful skills include:

• Programming experience that relates to HTML development for forms
• Database experience for external autofills
• Experience with applications that are integrated with OnBase a plus
